ABOUT ME

I have been practicing drawing and painting since I was a kid. My supportive mother noticed my interest early and found a good art teacher to teach me drawing and painting. Over the years I improved my skills in painting and started winning painting contests, and not just get participation certificates >w<. Along this journey I made many friends who were my contemporaries during the contests. There were a couple of them who always created awespiring paintings within the few hours of the contest and I could never reach up to their level. Back then I thought I would catch up over the years, but then studies took a more center stage and my painting practice took a back seat. In few years this joy was pushed to a cold dark corner within me.

At the end of year 2019, I thought of exploring digital painting and use my earlier skills from pencils, crayons, water/ poster color and oil painting in learning and creating new art works. And this is where I am today: Realizing that I was just a fish in a bowl and I have an ocean to brave & explore.
